The power board clicked off and on and then the UI showed a CE SY error. I replaced the power board and the new board did nothing. I assumed a bad new board so tried another one and it too did nothing. Part # 5303918498

Hello Andy. Check and make sure all your wiring is good. If so, you will need to replace the dispenser board 241973711 in the unit.
