David Will this bypass part solve the leaking problem if you can see water sitting in the filter base outlets? I've taken filter out to stop the heavy leaking, but getting just minimal moisture now.
Answer Hello David! If the water filter is leaking water out of the base it will need to be replaced. The base part number is 240396002. The water filter bypass 242227702 is used in place of a water filter in the case one does not need a filter on their refrigerator. Thanks. Read More...
