Lawrence for Model Number dishwasher fdb510lcs0 My top arm does not seem to move at all. I have disassembled and cleaned the bottom of the unit and checked the arms for clogs, etc. The ball is fine and moving and not obstructed. I think it may be either a clog in the line between the pump and the top arm spray nozzle, or maybe the pump is not reversing if that is how the system works to direct water from the bottom to the top. Bottom works fine. Any ideas?
Answer Lawrence, You will want to check the water fill to make sure that the water is filling to the proper level. If the water level is not correct then it will cause the unit build enough pressure to pump water to the upper spray arms.
