Peggy My question is can the Control panel be reset or Do I have to purchase a new one? Where do I find the Model number?
Answer Hello Peggy. You can try resetting the control board by disconnecting the power for 20 to 30 minutes. If it does not reset, then you will need to replace the control board on the unit.
