Brett July 07, 2024 for Model Number FFEF3011LWD My heating elements aren't heating up and it looks like it could be the control board. I saw on here, other customers having the same Electrolux control board with the numbers 3164555, and you suggested the replacement board of 5304518660. Is that the correct board for my Frigidaire model?
1 Answer Hello Brett, thank you for contacting APP, You are correct, 5304518660 is the Electronic Control/Clock for this unit. If the elements themselves are good and we are receiving proper 240V AC to the unit it would appear that the control has failed if the elements in the oven are not heating at all. If the cooktop elements are coming on without issue that should confirm that the unit is receiving proper voltage. Read More...

Julie November 29, 2022 for Model Number Frigidaire FEF326ASA The lower element usually dims and goes dark within a minute of its reaching temperature, now it continues to glow red and does not stop. Could this be the Thermostat Probe or the control panel?
1 Answer Julie, Thanks for the question!!! If the range beeps to indicate it has preheated, it is likely the oven control 5304518660 that has failed. If it does show preheated then it is likely that the probe 316233903 has failed. Read More...
Julie November 29, 2022 for Model Number Frigidaire FEF326ASA My Frigidaire oven bake element continues to glow red after the beep sounds indicating that it has reached temperature. Please advise.
1 Answer Julie, Thanks for the question!!! This can be normal. The preheat temperature is an average temperature. This means that if the stove is set to 350°F, the stove warms to 400°F then turns off, cools to 300°F, and then turns back on. This creates an average bake temperature of 350°F. If the stove reaches 350° it can beep and say preheated. If the heat continues to go up and never cools down you could have a bad relay on the control board. Read More...

Tarik July 31, 2020 for Model Number CFEF3012PWB I purchased a new part #5304518660 for my oven The new part has 5 pins on the back righthand side corner, however the old part has only 3 pins. The parts company told me that if I go into internet onto this site they will advise me on how to install it. Please advise me as soon as possible. (I was told that the manufacturer(Electrolux) had changed this part to the 5 pin version but that I could install it even though I have the 3 pin version)Thank you in advance.
1 Answer Tarik, the three-pin wire connector will plug in where the two lone wires are at so that the individual wire on the wire connection will attach to the pin just to the side of the spacing next to the lone two pins. Read More...
