George Robson for Model Number ffgf3049lsf this is a gas stove.top burners work but oven and broiler don't light
Answer George, It's more likely you have a weak oven glow bar igniter 5304509706 / 316489402, not a faulty ERC/Clock. If you remove the oven bottom panel, or remove the lower drawer to access the burner assembly, then program a bake temperature, and observe the igniter, it should glow "white" hot in 30 to 60 seconds, and the safety valve should open, and ignition occur. If you have access to a clamp on amp meter or multi meter, the igniter should draw 3.2 to 3.6 amps. or produce 3.2 to 3.6 VAC at the terminals on the safety valve. If less than 3.0 amps or volts, the valve wont open(usually) and the burner will not ignite. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, August 1, 2017
