Answer Hello Eric, This sounds like you either have a shorted wire or a stuck relay on the board 5304518660. I would kill the power to the unit and remove the back. Look at all of the wires and move them around a bit to insure no wires have shorted to ground. If not, replace the clock assembly. Read More...
