Answer Hello, I need to clarify your model number. I found FEF389CES A, or B, or C but not CFEF389CE-3. I had no similar model starting with the letter 'C". Could you please re-check. The oven control for the FEF389 model is part# 5303935116. If the oven control or clock is totally out and you have power coming to it, likely the clock is bad.
