Eric for Model Number FFHT1513LW5 I had noticed that my food was not freezing but staying cold, The fan runs and the refrigerator is cold. There is no ice buildup in my freezer. I did move the refrigerator out and cleaned all the dust from the coils and condenser. After doing so I put a thermometer in the freezer and when it does kick on it goes down to like 10°F, but then it will not kick back on until it get up around 32° or 34° then it kicks back on and the fan is running.
