Barbara for Model Number FRT18IL6DWC My refrigerator has a few problems: I have a lot of water in the bottom of the refrigerator below the crispers. Too much moisture in the fresh foods area The refrigerator runs for a very long time without shutting off. The freezer portion does NOT freeze and is basically the temperature of what you'd normally find in the fresh foods area. Can't afford a NEW Frig, so what do you suggest to fix my problems?
Answer Barbara, try checking your door gaskets to make sure you have no gaps along the door seal, see if there is a drain issue, this will cause water to form under the crisper drawers, check the freezer evaporator to see if it is iced up, you may have a defrost problem which would cause your temps to rise.
