Berth for Model Number FFTR2021TW2 The temperature of the freezer can vary from -17 to 37 degrees in a few hours. The fridge part remains constant around 41 degrees. After I turn the cold control to get the compressor running, the compressor will not shut off till the cold control is way past the point where the compressor turned on. There is a frost pattern on the freezer coils. I'm thinking that the cold control needs to be replaced but I'm puzzled why the temp of fridge part remains almost constant. At $74 for the cold control, I'd like to get a second opinion.
