Joseph for Model Number FRT17B3AW3 Hi. Refrigerator does not get cold. Does not matter which temp setting is used on refrigerator dial temp setting. Freezer works fine. Noticed very little cold air blowing into refrigerator to keep refrigerator cool. Thanks.
Answer Joseph, It is very likely that the airway to the refrigerator is blocked with ice. Either from a defrost drain problem or a defrost issue itself. You will need to remove the rear panel of the freezer and clear any ice has formed on the floor of the freezer and if solid ice has formed in the evaporator coils then a component of the defrost cycle has failed.
