Tom for Model Number FRT21FG4CW0 My coils in the back of the freezer are freezing up. I put a bowl of water in freezer and it won't freeze. I have replaced the defrost thermostat AP215013, defrost timer AP2111929, defrost heater AP2150162, but I still have the same problem. Should I replace the temperature control, AP2151609? Thanks, Tom
Answer Hello Tom, This particular wiring configuration actually has the defrost timer getting its' voltage from the temperature control. The temperature control must be breaking down under the amperage that is pulled by the defrost heater. You are correct n the assumption that the temperature control 241537103 should be replaced.
