Answer Hello Anna, You will want to make sure that the compressor on the unit is running. If the compressor is running but still not cooling then you want to pull the rear cover of the freezer compartment and look for a frost pattern. If no frost pattern then you have an issue with the sealed system. If the compressor is not running then unplug unit and pull start relay off of the compressor.
