Wilks for Model Number Plmvz169gcc My Frigidaire microwave is completely dead after a storm-caused power loss. Display is blank, nothing works. I think it's the control board. Is this correct?
Answer Hello Wilks. You will need to check and see if the fuse is bad. If so, the unit will be dead. If the fuse is bad, then check the door switch and make sure it is good on the unit. Thanks.
