Adam B. for Model Number Plmvz169hca Water got into the microwave touch panel. (don't ask how) everything works except the fan button. Hi/lo I push the button and it seems to click or something but nothing happens. My theory is that I should replace the control board. Is this correct?
Answer Hello Adam. If the membrane is working, but no power is coming from the relay on the board, you will need to replace the control board 5304468192. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
