Gilbert for Model Number LFFH21FZHWG I ordered a control panel but my question has to do with pressure after closing the door. When the unit was new you could hear pressure being applied when the door was closed. I no longer hear that sound and the temperature only lowers to 25 degrees. I spoke to a technician and he thought it was the control panel. I failed to tell him about there being no pressure sound when closing the door.
Answer Hello Gilbert, I would get behind the unit and make sure the drain tube is still properly connected. It will sometime drop off and without the trap filled with water, the air inside the unit does not contract as before and the suction sound is not heard.
