John for Model Number frigidaire freezer lffh17f7hwd We had a power failure several times in a few minutes. The control panel is not responding to input. It lights up but the freezer is not maintaining temperature. The motor runs but it wont get colder than 20F. Do you think a power surge took out the controller or is it more serious? Thanks
