Colleen C for Model Number FF17F7HWA ser#W883554003 We have an upright Frigidaire freezer with the "deluxe control panel" every time the power goes out it ends up resetting to a very warm temp. When we push any of the buttons it does nothing and we actually get none of the error codes that it describes in the manual. The only way we can get any display is to keep unplugging the unit and plugging back in until finally there will be something on the display? However it is nothing that you would like and pressing any button doesn't change anything. Right now the compressor isn't running and I cannot change the display to lower the temp.It has been off since yesterday afternoon when BC Hydro shut off the power do we need to replace the control on the door panel?
