Robert for Model Number FKFH21F7HWA When I open the freezer door, the interior light flashes off & on, and there is a pulsating noise inside the door near the control panel. I fear the electronic control panel is going out? If so, what is the part number, and how do I remove the existing control panel without damaging the door?
Answer Hello Robert, You will need to unplug the unnt and replace the control 297235200 by slipping a putty knife, (with electrical tape on the edge to prevent scratches), under the bottom edge of the control.
