Jaybird for Model Number FFU17F5HWD Freezer quit. I unplugged it for a day, plugged it back in and it came on. Freezer works great but the compressor ran all the time. (-10ºF). After a period of time I noticed the outside walls of the freezer was hot and the freezer setting indicator was blank with HiTemp and Door Ajar lights on. Pressing the reset button did no good. I unplugged the freezer for 30 seconds and plugged it back in. Indicator light back on and I changed setting from 5 to 4. Freezer now at +10ºF but I think the compressor is still running continuously AND the outside walls are still hot. Bad control module, thermostat, timer or all three? Oh, the inside lightbulb appears to be good but does not come on. TIA for your help.
