Tm for Model Number 25328712805 Kenmore upright Elite not freezing. Visual inspection confirms fan is working. Visual inspection confirms evap coils are clean and frost free. Replaced compressor relay with 3n1 hard start relay. This did not fix problem.Compressor will click on then click off after a few seconds. Ran freezer overnight with test ice tray filled with water. Did not freeze. Compressor hot to touch. Appears freezer temps are in the 70's but cant tell for sure due to the following: User control panel does not illuminate completely. Very faint and numbers are unreadable due to them being broken up(lines in numbers missing). Can't tell if up/down buttons are working because of display issues. Red hi temp indicator is illuminated completely. What is most likely the problem?
