Sandy for Model Number FFU21F5HWK Temperature control 297370600, reads red (hi temp). Now evaporative fan and compressor is not getting any power but the control panel and interior light is working? Any solutions?
Answer Sandy, the most likely problem would be a faulty 297370600/297370600 User Control Board. But first, check the wiring connections at the bottom of the freezer door and hinge and where the connections enter the front frame.
