Jim for Model Number plru1778es refrigerator Fridge not cooling. It get around 60degrees and that is it. I pull the cover inside fridge and their is frost build up on the the incoming line to the evaporator where the temp sensor is . Is this a freon issue in the system. The compressor does seem to run but get hot. If it is a seal system issue can it be repaired.
