Sivaf for Model Number FPRH17D7KF1 This refrigerator started not cooling enough. 60's tech came changed control kit, then it frozed everything. He came back and "adjusted" it but it kept freezing. He said it came factory defective and changed kit with a generic, but it kept freezing everything. He had no more in stock, and I have no refrigerator. He was told to order another one. Please, any suggestions about it?

If the tech did not seal the "cup" around the control properly, this can cause an issue just as improper placement of the temperature bulb, (capillary line), of the cold control can.
