Mark for Model Number FRT21NRFW0 Freezer only gets down to 28 degrees, fridge to 45 degrees, and that's with both the freezer and fridge controls set to max, which didn't used to be the case. Replaced defrost timer and defrost thermostat last night. Same result. Defrost timer cycles just fine. No dust on the condenser. Freezer isn't frozen up so heater seems to work fine as well. No frost build up. Considering changing the temp controller, but don't want to pour good money after bad. Bought new around 2002. It just doesn't get cold enough. I live in So cal and the weather is very mild, around 70 degrees each day now so no temperature extremes. Thanks a million.
