Bill for Model Number FPES-19TF The fridge worked one day and the next day its tripping the fuse box. Is there any thing I can check for trouble shooting this problem? Thanks
Answer Bill, In a lot of cases the reason for the refrigerator to trip the breaker would be a high amp draw on the compressor. You will want to test the amp draw and if it is above 8-9 amps then you will want to check the relay to make sure that it is not bad. You can normally take it off and shake it and if it rattles then the relay is faulty but normally it is a compressor that is faulty. Read More...
