James H for Model Number FPE19TF Refrigerator freezes in freezer and cools in refrigerator, but runs constantly. Requires manually turning the cold control dial to OFF to shut off. I suspect the cold control has gone haywire. What is your diagnosis? Thanks, JH
Answer James, You will want to check the door seals to make sure that the unit is getting a good door seal all the way around. In most cases this would be the issue if the temperatures are correct.
