Keith for Model Number 2539668010 The freezer and the cold compartment both freeze solid as a rock. We have moved everything away from the fans and passages. We have also set and re-set the thermostats to any thing you can imagine. still solid as a rock. The compressor will turn on and off if you rotate the cool side thermostat. thanks,
