First check and make sure both doors are closing and sealing, and the controls for the freezer and refrigerator are set at the mid range setting on the control panel. Check and make sure there are no large bulky items on the left side of the top shelf, that can direct the cold air down the back of the refrigerator and cause the crispers to freeze. Check all the shelves, make sure there aren't any articles hanging over the edges of the shelves or laying against the back or side walls. Then check the damper in the top left rear corner of the refrigerator. If the damper is stuck open, the refrigerator will get too cold and freeze the articles.
