Ralph for Model Number ffu11fk0fw0 This freezer has the temp control in the back where the access to the compressor is. It only turns in one direction and has a click. Is the 'click' the coldest or hottest?? thanks.
Answer Ralph, When you turn the dial it should turn one direction of on and one direction for off. When the dial clicks then stops this is the off position. When you turn the opposite direction it should turn the unit on and if you go until it stops then that is the coldest setting.
