Cody for Model Number FRS26H5ASB6 Refrigerator is warm (50 F), but freezer is cooling as it should. I think I have narrowed the issue down between the refrigerator temp control (240383703) and the damper (241600902), but I'm not sure which one is the real issue. No air was flowing from the damper when I started troubleshooting. First test: I opened the damper all the way by hand, powered up the fridge, and then turned the temp control to defrost. The damper closed, but would not re-open when I took the temp control off defrost. Second test: I opened the damper half-way by hand, powered up the fridge, and then turned the temp control to defrost. Nothing happened. I cannot determine whether this is an issue with the temp control or damper. If it helps, last week we had the same problem. It seemed to correct itself, then the fridge started to freeze everything for a few days (damper 100% open?). I turned temp control to defrost and then it was back at 50 degrees (damper stuck closed?). Thanks for your help!
