Brad for Model Number FDB710LCS1 Does the Volute cover control the amount of water going up to the top of the dishwasher as well as the amount of water used for the bottom sprayer? My dishwasher seems to not send enough water to the top but the bottom sprays real well.

Use a pick tool to dislodge the spray arms jet blockage's. rinse all parts under the sink and examine anything for wear or breakage.
