Lovinridgebacks for Model Number fdbb1940ds0 Dishwasher not draining. Recently tiled floor and moved dishwasher. Problem started after that and after adjusting legs. We have a Multi meter and have looked up how to use it but we don't know what we're truly looking for? Specifically, what do we want to see? We only get 7 volts coming from wires that connect to drain pump when its on drain cycle. Is that possible? Pump shows continuity.
Answer Lovinridgebacks, When testing the drain pump there should be 120 vac to the drain pump. If there is only 7 vac getting to the pump then you will want to check at the control board and see if it is sending 120 vac during drain.
