Answer Jack, Did you also check and make sure there were no clogs in the drain hose or disposal. Did you check the filters and strainers in the bottom of the tub for debris or deposits. Can you hear the drain pump motor run, if you start, then cancel the cycle. Also, check and make sure the vanes on the impeller inside the drain pump, is not damaged or loose on the motor shaft.
