Jack My dishwasher won't drain. The drain pump is making noise like it may be trying to drain, but I'm not sure. Do you think the drain pump could be faulty? I noticed there is a "check ball" replacement on your parts page. Could this be jammed and causing the problem? Look forward to your advice. Thank you.
