Radon May 31, 2023 for Model Number FDB750RCC1 Looking at purchasing your replacement drain pump AP5690432. Do I also need to order a sump gasket??? If so, I cannot find the related part number associated with this pump?
Emil March 13, 2021 for Model Number FDB750RCC1 Having issues draining. I pulled both pumps and tested and they seem to turn freely and are clean. At the end of the wash cycle there is water at the bottom and it seems dirty. I have not seen any blockage in the drain hose. I have noticed that the drain pump check flapper is no longer there. Could this be the reason for the water?
1 Answer Emil, Yes, the check valve missing can cause some backwash water to enter the unit. If everything is working properly then this missing check valve would be the most likely cause. Read More...
Pete March 02, 2019 I'm looking for the o-ring for this drain pump. My pump works perfectly, but it leaks after I took it apart. Can I get just the gasket?
1 Answer Hello Pete, unfortunately the manufacturer does not offer the o- ring separate from the drain pump assembly. Sorry! Read More...
Homeowner1 November 06, 2017 Suspect bad control board , my dishwash will not drain completely to finish cycling for new load. Drain motor won’t turn on. Checked for a clog, there’s no clog ,checked the drain blades inside the unit and they spin freely ,checked water line and it’s clear. I checked the voltage going to the drain motor and Iam getting 81 volts and I am also getting 79 volts to the fill valve witch won’t turn on either . Is this a bad control board
1 Answer Homeowner1, If there is only 81 vac to the pump when it is supposed to be draining then the control board will be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More...

Continuity good so I hot wired the pump straight to 120V put the hose in a bucket and it was draining fine, put it 32" hight and it was draining for about 3 sec and it stopped. Repeated again and same results. I think it's the pump do you think I am right? Thank you

Michael May 02, 2014 for Model Number FDB1050REM1 Unit is not draining. I took the drain pump out and hooked it up to a 120V power. It seemed to run OK. I checked the voltage going to it. That measures 9.5V. Assuming it runs on 120V, I am guessing the circuit board is bad. The main circulator pump is fine. No clogs. Any thoughts?
1 Answer Michael, Yes, if the power supply to the pump is only getting 9.5 vac then the control board or the wiring from the control board is faulty. Read More...
Mark H. March 15, 2014 for Model Number FDB1050REC2 My Frigidaire dishwasher won't drain but I can hear the pump motor try to run...loud. Do I need to replace the pump assembly and my manual says part number 154474101B. The order has a different part number and different manufacturers' part number.
