Answer Hello Charles. The first thing you will need to check is the voltage coming to the stove. It should be 240 volts. If it is good, you will need to test the elements 316075103 316203200. They should read closed for continuity. If they are testing good, you will need to check and see if the clock 5304518660 is sending power to the elements. If not, it will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
