Pat for Model Number GLDB653JB0 I am unable to remove the inner door panel. Do I need to remove the whole door from the unit? The inner door panel is attached to the outer door panel which can be removed but the inner door panel can not be removed without taking it off the hinges. This is the question I have, do I need to remove the WHOLE door from the dishwasher?
Answer Hello Pat, I'm assuming from the part the link brought up that you are attempting to replace the splash guard at the bottom of the door. You do not have to remove the whole door for this. The splash guard fits onto the bottom edge of the door liner. It has a lip made on it that "clips" onto the bottom edge.
