Sam for Model Number Dishwasher model# FGHD2433KF1 My diswasher started pouring water at the bottom of the door. The amount of detergent has always been the same, I use the premeasured packs so that cannot be the problem. I have not done anything differently that may be causing the problem. The only thing is that the leaking was during the "Heavy" cycle. Please help as I have hardwood floors in the kitchen.
Answer Hi. Open the door all the way and see if the BOTTOM gasket part # 809006501 is deformed and needing replaced. You do not have to remove the whole door for this. The splash guard fits onto the bottom edge of the door liner. It has a lip made on it that "clips" onto the bottom edge. Make sure the spray arms are not clogged or have not spit (literally on the side plastic welded edge). It will spray too much water against the door and create a leak. Thank You. Read More...
