Yjwang for Model Number FES388WGCG For some reason my oven door came off with the clip not being attached to the hook of the hinge upper arm. Now I am disassemble the door and got the hinge out. I am trying to push the upper arm down so that I could connect the clip on the lower arm to the hook on the upper arm, but find extremely hard to push the upper arm down. Is there something wrong with the spring or I just need to force it down? Thanks, Jeff
