Jab for Model Number FRS26ZSHB2 When I press the ice button no ice comes out. It seem as if the twirly thing in side ice container isn't moving. Needs help
Answer Hi Jab. Remove the ice bin. Save wanted ice in a bowl and put back in freezer. Make sure the auger inside the bin twirls freely. Let us know if you have any broken parts. Tape the door switch closed. Activate the Ice - paddle while holding the door open to see if the auger motor is turning. If not then these parts are needed.
