Lee K. for Model Number FRS6R5ESBS I couldn't find the model number of my refrigerator on the list of models for this ice tray assembly. The problem is similar to one of the above stated issues. I apparently had a big chunk of old ice that moved to the front and got stuck. I freed that, but now the auger goes round and round but ice coming through the crusher is intermittent at best. Does this assembly include a crusher? I've looked it over and determined that I can't figure out why ice isn't coming out except for the metal piece at the very back of the assembly seems like it shouldn't spin freely.
