Sergio V for Model Number Kenmore 417.98042701 What part would I replace since the dryer constantly beeps even though the wet clothes were just placed in the dryer and it is the filter light that keep lighting up but the filter is empty.
Answer Sergio, Normally when the filter light is flashing and the unit is beeping would be caused by an air flow issue. If the unit senses that the air is not flowing properly then it will kick on the light. You will want to check the venting from the blower wheel all the way to the outside of the home to ensure that the vent is clear and there can be proper air flow. Read More...
