Shawn, It is possible that the thermal fuse is faulty and you can test it for continuity. Continuity will indicate that the part is good. If it is good then the issue will be either the motor or the control board. You will want to check to make sure that the control board is sending power to the igniter. If there is power then the motor would be the issue.

As you can see, any component in the heating circuit can cause this. You need to use a test meter to test the components to determine the cause of the issue.
