The refrigerator will need to be tilted to the right as you face it from the front so the compressor oil does not travel into parts of the sealed system where it will cause a problem. The retaining screws for the defrost pan 241697602 are accessible from the bottom. The unit should be empty and disconnected from the power supply before tilting and/or servicing. I would recommend pouring about 4 to 6 tablespoons of white vinegar in the drain to kill the bacteria in the pan.
