D for Model Number FES388WGCI How do I remove the front face to access removing the control panel? I have removed screws from underside, seems to be held at top lip?? Thanks
Answer Hello D. This shouldn't be too difficult. You should be aware that the power needs to be turned off to the unit before starting. In this configuration, it is very easy to hit a hot wire on ground in this process. The screws should be lined up across the bottom of the control panel and the door will have to be opened to access them. They screw in straight up. There may be a couple of screws on each end and the control panel sometimes just hooks into position, depending on the configuration. The manufacturer does not offer specific instructions for this model number. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 17, 2014
