Mattp for Model Number FAS255P2A1 Unit cools, but only when set at 71 or cooler. Then will not cycle off until you turn up to 75 or higher. Then will not cool back down. I replaced the thermistor/thermostat, but it has made no difference. I was told to replace the pc board, but there are 2 listed and no description of which would help. Do you know if board #5304447801 or #5304480623 would be the right one for the issue I'm having. The unit cools nicely, but I really need the temps to adjust and work right without all of the manual labor involved. Thanks
