Gil Hi.. I have a frigidaire Window A/C unit, 25K BTU that is only a few years old. I replaced the PC board as suggested here but it didn't solve the problem. The fan motor will start up and run for a while and then stop. Sometimes it will run for quite a few hours and then other times only an hour or so. The motor spins freely and I have noticed that sometimes it tries to run in reverse. If it doesn't start up when I press the ON button and just sits there and hums like its trying to start, I can spin the fan in the correct direction and it will start. Any other suggestions?
