Guest If the electric stove top heats up, but the oven/broil do not, could it possibly be the RTD sensor? If it's not that, I'm sure the EOC will need to be replaced.
Answer You will first need to make sure you are getting the proper 240 volts to the appliance (the top burners and other parts will still function on the regular 120 volts). I would also check the main terminal block 5304409888 to make sure it has not burnt out. That as well can cause low voltage to the oven.
